The Basics of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT is a self-help tool designed to help people move through grief and negative emotions safely and in a loving environment. The technique also helps to uncover the underlying issues behind symptoms and blocks, creating shifts in thoughts and emotions that can lead to inner clarity, acceptance and healing.
